3. Products

Product images, specifications and drawings are provided for reference. Because manufacturing is by batch, actual products may vary slightly in appearance, colour and finish from the images shown. Only an order confirmation signed by both parties is binding; website content is not an offer for sale.

4. Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry creates a business relationship, not a contract. A quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless another period is stated in it. Prices are based on the specification, quantity, packaging and Incoterm stated in the quotation. Changes to any of these may change the price.

5. Orders and contract formation

A contract is formed when we issue a proforma invoice and you confirm it in writing, and we accept it in writing. You warrant that the information you provide (quantity, specification, application, destination, certification requirements) is accurate and that you hold all necessary rights for the intended use of our products.

6. Payment

/p>

Standard terms: 30% deposit by T/T with the order, balance against a copy of the bill of lading. Other terms (L/C at sight, irrevocable L/C, D/P, D/A, credit terms) may be considered for established customers after review. All bank charges outside China are for the buyer’s account.

7. Lead time and delivery

Typical lead time is 15–30 days after receipt of deposit and final artwork, depending on specification and order quantity. For custom tooling or new moulds, an additional 10–20 days may apply; we will confirm before you pay the deposit. Delivery time is approximate and depends on the chosen shipping method and destination. Delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control are not our responsibility.

8. Shipping

Goods are shipped EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR or DAP as stated in the quotation or proforma invoice. We are not responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance or permits in your country, unless expressly agreed in writing.

9. Inspection and claims

Please inspect goods on arrival and report any damage, shortage or quality deviation in writing within 7 days of delivery, with photographs and the packing list. Claims not notified within this period cannot be considered. Manufacturing tolerances and normal batch variation do not constitute defects.

10. Warranty

Products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective goods and does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, electrical fault, misuse, unauthorised modification, normal wear or use beyond the published specification. Warranty claims require the original proforma invoice and evidence of correct installation.

11. Intellectual property

All designs, drawings, photographs and texts on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission. We may use your enquiry details to develop and quote similar products.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemic, war, strike, government action, disruption of transport or utilities, or shortage of raw materials.

14. Governing law
