Production lead time
Standard products: 15–30 days after receipt of deposit and final artwork. Custom optics, new tooling or special certification may require an additional 10–20 days, confirmed before you pay the deposit.
Shipment
Goods are shipped by sea (FCL or LCL), air or express (FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS) as arranged. We provide full shipping documents: commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading (for sea) or airway bill (for air), and certificates of origin when required.
Incoterms
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR and DAP by default. DDP can be quoted on request for some destinations; import duties and taxes in your country remain your responsibility unless expressly agreed in writing.
Packaging
Lenses are packed in individual foam-lined cartons with protective film, and wooden cases for fragile or high-value items. Custom branded packaging is available for OEM projects.
Shipping costs
Shipping is paid by the buyer for EXW and FOB. For CIF/CFR/DAP the freight is included in our quotation. Any bank charges outside China are for the buyer’s account.
Delivery time in transit
Typical transit: 25–35 days by sea to Europe and the Middle East, 12–18 days by sea to Southeast Asia, 3–6 days by air, 5–9 days by express. These are estimates; customs clearance is outside our control and can add time.
Tracking
We send the tracking number by email as soon as the vessel or flight departs, and you are welcome to ask for an update at any time.
